KP-ReviewIt is a system whereby you can share your developing or completed lessons with other stakeholders.

The exported lesson is placed on the KP-ReviewIt server, from where you can invite users to view the lesson.

These users can view the lesson - requiring only a browser - and leave comments - either globally, or on a lesson by lesson basis. These comments are then emailed to you.

KP-ReviewIt is free with every KnowledgePresenter license. Your lessons can be directly uploaded to KP-ReviewIt directly from within KnowledgePresenter.

In just a couple of clicks, you can upload the current lesson you are working on - or one you've previously worked on and exported - and within minutes it is ready to be reviewed.

All user comments are sent directly to your inbox.

Each comment is listed on a step by step basis, with a small screen shot indicating the step in question. This makes it easy to incorporate suggestions back into your lesson.

Any global comments are also included.

Anyone you invite to preview/review your KP-ReviewIt lesson only needs a browser.

This was designed so that those stakeholders - perhaps managers, perhaps graphic arts departments, etc - those who do not use KnowledgePresenter directly can still play an active role in providing direct input into how lessons are going together.
