KP-Simulator™ Demos
KP-Simulator. Create Live Screen Movies. Capture at up to 25 frames a second from your computer screen, edit frames, add text boxes, arrows, audio, interaction, frame movement, high quality resampling, title frames, and change timing. Create low or high bandwidth Flash, Animated GIF or Windows Media movies. Perfect for e-learning and software simulations. You can even export to Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint to help create printed documentation.
These video demos illustrate the versatility of KP-Simulator™. Additionally, you'll be surprised at the quality of the video - even at 56Kb modem data rates.
Scenario 1: Software Demonstrations and e-learning
This example, taken from the On Demand Webinars available at KnowledgePresenter University, illustrates the sort of screen movie, combined with audio, you can create.
Scenario 2: Software Demonstrations without Audio
This example does not include any audio, only text boxes. In this example, we've used KP-Simulator to illustrate how a PowerPoint Presentation can be imported into KnowledgePresenter.
Scenario 3: Software Demonstrations with Computer Generated Audio
This example illustrates how you can use the KP Simulator features to convert text to computer generated audio. Contains text boxes as well.
Scenario 4: Software Demonstrations with Computer Generated Audio (no text)
This example is the same as above, but we've removed all the text boxes.
Scenario 5: Simulation Exported as MP4 Video*
You can export your simulations in MP4 format. They can then be played on a variety of portable devices (such as IPODS, or IPhones), or uploaded to ITunes.
Scenario 6: Simulation Exported as WMV Video
You can export your simulations in WMV format. They can then be played on a variety of platforms, or portable devices (such as IPODS, or IPhones). You can upload to YouTube or other video sharing websites. You can also import the into KnowledgePresenter lessons.
Scenario 7: High Quality Resampling
Here we illustrate how you can make KP-Simulator simulations interactive.
Scenario 8: Simple Interaction
This example uses the resizing feature to allow larger movies to be delivered on smaller desktops.
Scenario 9: Export to Microsoft PowerPoint
This example illustrates how you can export frames to create a PowerPoint presentation.
Scenario 10: Export to Microsoft Word
This example illustrates how you can export frames to create a Word document.
Scenario 11: Local Playback (this is a download)
This example illustrates how you can export a file to a standalone EXE for local playback, or delivery on CD-ROM or DVD.
* The creation/use of MP4 video/audio may require additional licensing by you. Details can be found in our End User License Agreement, or the Help for this feature in KP.
