Playback System (end user requirements).

These system requirements relate to end users who are playing back lessons created in KnowledgePresenter.

We have tested lessons and web pages created in KnowledgePresenter extensively with the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 6 and above Windows

The only other additional requirements an end user may have to play back a lesson created in KnowledgePresenter relate to whether you have imported any Flash, QuickTime, Windows Media, Real, or Authorware content. Under these circumstances, the end user requires a plugin installed capable of playing back this content. For Flash content, this is the Flash MX plugin, for Windows Media Player, this is at least Version 7. If you have imported or recorded audio, then the Flash MX player is required by the user to play back the audio.

If there is no Windows Media plugin available, or installed for a certain browser, for example, and you use Windows Media Content, it may not work correctly in that browser.
